It seems like yesterday Property One began in the garage of co-founder Quentin Dastugue's garage. With brother Paul the company was founded 25 years ago and has developed into one of the regions largest and most successful commercial real estate firms. "We knew the timing was good but we never thought our business would take off the way it has", stated Paul, President of Property One. With offices in Metairie, Mandeville, Baton Rouge and Lafayette Property One's portfolio has increased and now encompasses properties in 4 states.

The Cotton Mill Condominium Association has retained Property One to manage the Cotton Mill Condominium Building. Cottom Mill is a New Orleans historical warehouse district renovation of a former Cotton Mill into 288 condo units. Linda Resor will be the onsite property manager for the property.

Metairie Towers Condominium Association announces the selection of Property One, Inc. to oversee the property management duties for Metairie Towers. Located on Metairie Road the property was an apartment conversion to 218 condominium units.
