Property One has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for the shopping center located at 5029 Veterans Blvd. The center is currently occupied by a Subway Sandwich Shop as well as the Decorator Shoppe. Propery One will oversee a major rehab of the centers facade, parking lot and graphics design.

Magazine Place Condominiums has selected Property One to provide property management services for it's homeowners association. Magazine Place, located on the corner of Magazine and Julia is a historic building renovation consisting of multiple condominium units.

Property One, Inc. has been retained to provide professional property management services for the Sherwood Tower I and Sherwood Tower II office buildings in Baton Rouge, La. The buildings encompass approximately 100,000 square feet of office space and are located at 3636 S. Sherwood Blvd. Property One was selected last year to oversee the leasing of both properties and maintains it's Baton Rouge office on the first floor of Sherwood Tower I. Brian Guttuso will oversee the management of the properties for Property One.

The 1161 Lake Ave. Homeowners Association has chosen Property One to provide Property Management Services. 1161 contains 86 condominium units and is located at 1161 Lake Ave. in Metairie. Dawnelle Hall will be the Property Manager.

Shanon Brusse has been retained as Property Manager of the Rice Mill lofts in the ByWater. Rice Mill is an upscale apartment community containing 69 lofts and one commercial first floor unit currently marketed to restaurant use.

Brookstone Apartments a development of PPQ Development (Paul Dastugue III, CPM, Quentin Dastugue, CCIM and Pratt Provosty) is now 100% leased. Brookstone consists of 128 upscale apartment units located in Mandeville, La. Brookstone construction (Phase I) was completed in December 2011. Phase II consisting of 124 apartment units will begin constructon this year.
