Property One, Inc. has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for the Rice Mill Lofts located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans. Containing 69 apartments, and soon a restaurant, the property presents an adaptive reuse of the former rice mill complex which was one of the largest in North America. With captivating views of the Mississippi River and the City Skyline and adjacent to the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), the property is designed with a unique artistic sense. Inventive new works by local artisans, as well as inspired street art / graffiti, are featured throughout the building.  The Rice Mill is being developed by Sean Cummings and T.J. Iarocci.
