Property One Welcomes Certified Property Manager

Property One, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Maria V. Orgeron, CPM. Maria will oversee Property One’s retail portfolio in three states. She is a native of New Orleans and has been involved in commercial real estate for the past twelve years, specializing in retail property management. She previously worked for Sizeler Real Estate Management Co., Inc. and Hertz Investment Group handling the operations and management of retail strip centers and commercial office buildings. Maria is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She is also a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
