PMAT Properties recently broke ground on an expansion and renovation of the former Village Aurora Shopping Center, now renamed Algiers Plaza. This Algiers landmark will be adding over 100,000 square feet to the existing tenant base in Phase I with a possible Phase II expansion next year. New tenants include Ross Department Stores as well Burkes and a new renovation to Winn Dixie.
