Property One, Inc. one of Louisiana's largest and most successful Commercial Real Estate firm is celebrating it's 20th year in business. Property One President Paul F. Dastugue III, CPM, stated, "we are excited to have provided 20 years of service to our customers, tenants and employee's and look forward to many more anniversary's". Property One started in the garage of Paul's brother Quentin Dastugue CCIM, co-owner and CEO. "It's hard to believe that 20 years have gone by that fast stated Quentin". Property One just moved into it's new offices at 1615 Poydras St. "We've come a long way from that garage", stated the Dastugue's.
