Erica Avila joined Property One in 2002 as its Controller and Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities include oversight of the Company’s managed property financial reporting as well as all Corporate and development accounting and associated reporting requirements. She also maintains the Company’s payroll and benefits programs.
A California native, Erica’s work experience includes over 10 years with San Francisco based TMG Partners, specializing in development accounting and compliance reporting. There she managed accounting and financial reporting for a diverse range of projects, including the redevelopment of Hamilton Air Force Base into a civilian community and the transformation of a downtown Cadillac dealership into luxury condominiums featuring first-floor retail and a cinema complex.
Erica received her B.S. in Accounting and completed her MBA studies through the California State University system. In addition, she has participated in Undergraduate studies at London’s Schiller University and courses in Golden Gate University’s Masters of Taxation program.
